Playing with a line drawing

So, here's an interesting challenge...
As I am ever learning these digital media, (so far Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator), and I am very new to them also, I am wanting to experiment with them on this blog. Below is a line drawing of my daughter, done at the dinner table tonight. I scanned it into my computer ...
